Delafloxcain meglumine CAS NO.352458-37-8

Delafloxacin meglumine is a new type of fluoroquinolone broad-spectrum antibacterial agent, which has anionic characteristics and good antibacterial activity under acidic conditions. Through the inhibition of bacterial DNA replication process, so as to achieve the role of sterilization.

It has good antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and anaerobic bacteria, and can be used in the treatment of acute bacterial skin and skin structure infection.

There are two dosage forms: oral tablet and injection powder. The recommended dosage is intravenous injection 300mg or oral administration 450mg. It has good safety and tolerance, no obvious QT interval prolongation and phototoxicity.
